2. What data we collect
- Newsletter signups: email address and limited metadata needed to prevent abuse (e.g., timestamps, IP in logs).
- Website analytics (optional): aggregated usage data (e.g., page views). We aim to self-host analytics and avoid invasive tracking.
- Contact emails: information you include when you email us (name, email address, message content).
3. Why we collect it
- To send product updates if you subscribe.
- To understand what content is useful and improve the site.
- To respond to inquiries and partnership requests.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse.
4. Cookies
If we use analytics, we may use cookies or similar technology to measure traffic. If analytics is configured to be “cookieless”, we will avoid setting non-essential cookies.
If we ever use non-essential cookies, we will add a cookie banner and provide opt-in controls where required.
5. How long we keep data
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe or we no longer operate the list.
- Contact emails: as long as needed to handle the request and maintain reasonable records.
- Analytics logs: kept for a limited period, then aggregated or deleted (exact retention depends on configuration).

We do not sell personal data. We share data only when needed to run our services (e.g., our hosting provider) or when required by law.
